Marissa Daidone, Esq. has built a comprehensive career spanning Elder Law, Estate Planning, Medicaid Applications, Estate Administration, and Special Needs Planning. Her career began during and after attending Hofstra University School of Law, where she received invaluable training and mentorship under a renowned legal professional who pioneered the practice of Elder Law since in the early 1980s.
Throughout her professional career, Ms. Daidone has expertly managed and successfully completed a vast number of Medicaid applications for nursing home care and personal care services at home. By doing so, she has shielded her clients from potential financial hardship while proactively planning for their disability and eventual passing, establishing herself as a highly regarded attorney in the field. She has also acquired comprehensive experience in handling of probate and estate administration proceedings in the Surrogate's Court, including Article 17 guardianship proceedings for minors and disabled individuals.

Marissa Daidone joined our firm as an attorney in May 2023, specializing in Elder Law, Medicaid applications, Medicaid planning, Estate Planning, and Estate Administration. She graduated from the University of Delaware in 2005, earning dual degrees in Art History and English Literature. In 2009, she completed her studies at Hofstra University School of Law and was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in January 2010.
