Rose E. Werfelman has served as Director of Operations at Shivers Law Group since 2017, leading the firm’s operational strategy, client service initiatives, and organizational growth. With nearly a decade of experience in the legal industry, she has developed extensive knowledge of elder law, legal operations, client relations, and law firm management, making her a trusted resource for both clients and staff. She plays a key role in ensuring the firm delivers exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of efficiency, professionalism, and care.

Prior to joining the firm, Rose built a successful career in the investment banking industry, where she developed expertise in financial analysis, strategic planning, and operational management. Her unique combination of legal-industry experience and business acumen strengthens the firm’s leadership and operations.

Rose holds degrees from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and Pennsylvania State University. Drawing on her legal knowledge, financial expertise, and operational leadership, she helps advance Shivers Law Group’s mission of providing trusted elder law guidance and compassionate service to individuals and families.
